Managing Certificates in iKosher
Accessing Company-Wide Certificates
All company-wide certificates can be found in the Certificates section.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see certificates for the entire company.
You can choose to email or download any of them as needed.
Accessing Plant-Specific and Other Certificates
For plant-specific certificates:

Go to the "Plants" tab in the menu.

Select the plant you need.

Choose to email or download the certificate.
The same process applies to:

Single-product certificates
-
Private label certificates
-
Custom certificates
Creating a Custom Certificate
To create a new custom certificate:

Go to the Certificates tab in the menu.

Click on "Custom".

Open the Action Menu and select "Add Certificate".

Fill in the required fields. If applicable, include the alternate company name.
Adjusting Certificate Settings
Before generating the certificate, you can modify default settings to match your needs. Options include:

Marking the certificate as Manufactured by or Distributed by
-
Hiding the company address
-
Displaying product codes
-
Organizing products by product name or product code

Showing brand names
Finalizing the Certificate
Once all fields are filled:

Click "Next"

Select the products to include in the certificate
-
Proceed to generate it
At any point, you can click "Save & Close and Continue Later" to pause the process.
Once completed, the certificate can be downloaded or emailed.
If you need to create another custom certificate, you can simply start a new one.
All custom certificates will appear in the Custom Certificates tab.
