Using the iKosher Mobile Dashboard
The iKosher mobile app provides on-the-go access to your inspections, reports, plants, and expenses. This guide walks you through how to use the main features of the mobile dashboard.
Logging In

When logging in for the first time, enter your username and password.

If your device supports Biometric login (like Face ID or fingerprint), you’ll be prompted to activate it after logging in.
To enable biometrics later, go to the home screen and tap the Biometric icon.
Accessing Plants and Reports

After logging in, you’ll land on the dashboard.

Tap "My Plants" to view and select the plant you’re visiting.

To access Schedule A/B lists, tap "Lists".

Use the tabs to toggle between different list types.
Filling Out Reports and Notes

To submit an Inspection Report, tap the corresponding button.

To submit a Supervisory Services Report, tap its button.

You can also add notes to a plant using the "Add Notes" feature.

Submitting Expenses

To submit expenses that are not tied to a specific report—or are related to multiple reports—tap "Submit Expenses".
Viewing Inspection History

To see your full inspection history, go to the relevant section on the dashboard.
